What is the trade in cost for the Indigo Biofeedback System?

Is there a price break on trade-ins if I am trading in more then one device?

We have secured the best trade-in price possible so therefore the price is as is regardless of how many devices are being traded in.

I have someone who is buying a used device and wants to upgrade. She needs to do the transfer at the same time, who do I need to talk to?

Any transfer of ownerships that have been completed by November 30th, 2009 will be honored for the trade-in prices as listed in the previous question. For transfer of ownership and adoptions programs, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Is it possible to ship the units to the Center or Academy, do the physical trade so there is no down time - and they don't have to worry about non-arrivals, etc.?

We will be arranging to have at least 10 trade-in events across North America between the end of February and beginning of March. These will be held between your Area / National Coordinators, The Quantum Center in Michigan and the head office in Calgary.

What if we are unable to make it to one of the trade-in events, or other locations?

Personal trade-in will be available. You will receive complete instructions on how to complete this process. Shipping charges will be 50-50. The client pays the shipping of the old device, we will be paying the shipping of the new Indigo Biofeedback System.

If someone needs to have their Indigo Biofeedback System shipped abroad (Australia), how does that affect matters, and is there a way to ship it such that they don't get slapped with huge taxes?

We will try our best to ship the trade-ins to a centralized area. For example, in Australia, we will work with our National Coordinator who can then make arrangement for local deliveries.

What if I purchased my device (SCIO / QXCI / EPFX) from another broker?

You do have the option of being adopted by The Quantum Alliance if you choose while doing your Indigo trade-in or you may choose to do this through your past broker.

If we want to keep our SCIO / EPFX / QXCI, could we pay the extra and keep the other device for back-up?

Unfortunately the trade-in program is only available by physically trading devices. Should you wish to keep your SCIO / EPFX / QXCI then purchases a new Indigo Biofeedback System package that would be an option.

Can two people own an Indigo Biofeedback System together?

Two people may be registered as owners of the device but the Administration office must receive written consent from both parties.

Like SCIO / EPFX / QXCI, many of us have three computers - a home - a office and a back-up - will Indigo Biofeedback System be fine on three?

Yes. The software can be activated on up to three computers per device; however it will only be possible to operate with the Indigo device is physically attached to the laptop. Therefore, if you wish to conduct more than one session simultaneously, you need to obtain a second system.
