What are the airport travel procedures and do they differ from the SCIO / EPFX / QXCI?

Same process as the with SCIO / EPFX / QXCI.

What is the policy relating to maintenance and repair of the Indigo Biofeedback System?

Like the SCIO / EPFX / QXCI your software is automatically upgraded. Unlike the SCIO / EPFX / QXCI the Indigo’s firmware will also be upgradable allowing for optimal maintenance. Repair Depots will be located in the areas of manufacturing.

What is the warranty of the Indigo Biofeedback System?

There is a two year manufacturers warranty on the box, one year on the harness and straps.

What type of device is the Indigo?

The Indigo is a biofeedback device.

Will the probes from the SCIO / EPFX still work on the Indigo?

Yes, the probes along with all of the existing SCIO / EPFX accessories (Caress Kit etc.) will be adaptable to the Indigo Biofeedback System.

Will the horse / animal harness straps of the SCIO / EPFX work with this?

Adaptors will be created to adapt after-market harnesses.

Is the blank square on the front of the Indigo the LCD screen?

Yes, it is.

What are you doing with the trade-in SCIO / EPFX / QXCI devices?

As a socially responsible organization, we are looking into various possibilities and programs where these SCIOs can best be utilized in the best possible and responsible manner.

Will there still be support for SCIO / EPFX owners?

Just as we continue to support QXCI owners we will forever and always support SCIO / EPFX Practitioners.

Where will the Indigo Biofeedback System be manufactured?

The first 70 Indigos will be built by the engineer in Victoria, BC, Canada. The next order of 250 Indigos will be supplied by our manufacturing plant in North Carolina. After that our goal is to set up manufacturing in several countries and steps are underway for manufacturing in Canada, United States, Europe, Australia and Mexico.

When does the QBAA membership start and do I have to do anything to register?

Your QBAA membership will commence upon delivery of your new Indigo Biofeedback System. QBAA will contact you with your membership information.
